Paradigm shift in the NFL leads us all to believe. Excitement festers around each and every NFL franchise (some more than others). This is truly the first time I look around this great (very morally questionable) league and see hope at the forefront of every single NFL franchise.

Cleveland Browns fans hope that they finally have their QB, pending imprisonment. *small detail

Cincinnati Bengals fans hope that their front office did enough for their city’s greatest ruler since Jerry Springer was mayor.

Pittsburgh Steelers fans hope that it was Nagy’s fault.

Indianapolis Colts fans hope that is was Wentz’s fault.

Unironically, Chicago Bear fans hope that it was both Nagy and Wentz’s fault.

Players are moving like military families, and getting paid like royalty – even the one’s not employed by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Still optimism for those down in Northeast Florida, Head Coach Doug Pederson brings a whole new look to the franchise, even if he is still in an oddly off-tinted shade of green.

No one fanbase is safe in this year’s season, but no one fanbase has reason to feel downtrodden either for each team is trying to win. Every team has gotten better this offseason, and every team is actively trying to build in the best vision possible for their franchise – except maybe the Packers and Panthers, have some serious questions for those teams.

Bottom line, before I ramble too much, the NFL is back and everyone is seemingly all in #ALLIN. So here is us announcing to you, the minimal fanbase out there accidentally reading this far, that we are not all in.

We are partially in. Marginally in. Just a dash of being in… because we are the average fan. We are you and you are us (kind of like that scene from alien when that thing is in the dudes stomach… no one? Bueller?).

We have full time jobs, but full time love for all things sports and primarily the NFL circuit. So sit back, or perch up on that toilet seat and dive into a blog that is filled with passion. A blog that lacks in depth knowledge, but makes up for it in heart. A Blog in the Back.
